Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made directly from RYAN ADDA in Australia by Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) in countries where there is no local distributor. If purchases are made through a local distributor, the terms and conditions set by that distributor will apply.

 

Shipping Policy

At RYAN ADDA, we cover shipping costs only in cases where an incorrect item was shipped due to an error on our part. For all other return claims, customers are responsible for the shipping costs to our facility in Melbourne. Please be aware that any customs duties or fees incurred during the return process remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please complete the form provided [here]. After receiving the visual images submitted online, we will review your claim and notify you via email whether it has been approved or rejected. If approved, you will receive an Approval Warranty Claim email, and our warehouse in Melbourne will then ship the necessary replacement parts or a full frame and invoice accordingly.

Please print the Approval Warranty Claim document and include it with your return shipment to the address listed [here]. Upon receiving the returned item and approval, we will issue a credit note.

If your warranty claim is approved, spare parts or a replacement frame will be provided at no additional shipping cost. However, any customs duties or associated fees for the shipment remain the responsibility of the customer.
