RETAIL RETURN POLICY

THIS POLICY IS FOR PURCHASES MADE IN ANY RETAIL AUTHORIZED RESELLER OF RYAN ADDA.

**PLEASE NOTE: This policy is effective as of 5th May 2023.

All RYAN ADDA Frames and Sunglasses purchased from ANY RETAIL AUTHORIZED RESELLER OF RYAN ADDA have a warranty against manufacturing defects of 1 year from the date of purchase. Please return to the retail shop purchased with the Receipt and they will liaise with the local distributor to organize an exchange or return based on manufacturing defect with another pair of RYAN ADDA for you. 

How do I return my order?

Please bring the items you wish to return along with your receipt to ANY RETAIL-AUTHORIZED RESELLER OF RYAN ADDA. 

RYAN ADDA reserves the right to refuse replacement of any defective RYAN ADDA based on neglections or lack of care of the product or damaged product due to misappropriate use or keep.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY (For countries that do not yet have a representative distributor or agent)

New Zealand Online Orders:

We accept returns of non-prescription items ordered from RYANADDA.com within 10 days of delivery. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and free of damage. All original packaging must be intact (microfiber cloth and case). Slight imperfections and damaged RYAN ADDA frames are final sale. And don’t worry, return shipping is on us! To process your RYAN ADDA, return please email us at sales@ryanadda.com

**PLEASE NOTE: We can only accept returns on products that were purchased through RYANADDA.com

INTERNATIONAL Online Orders:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on orders shipped outside of Australia & New Zealand. 

How do I return my order?

To process your RYAN ADDA, please email us at enquiries@ryanadda.com  Once you get a return approval, please make sure to print your return email return approval and include it in the return box. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, once your return has been received – you can track this in your account details.

For refunds, the return value is determined by the purchased online price of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

**PLEASE NOTE: All refunds will be credited less transactional fees to the original payment method or RYANADDA.com credit will be offered.

Can I return my online order at a RYANADDA shop?

Yes! We gladly accept returns from RYANADDA.com at any of our internationally authorised locations [Store Locator] 

Oh no! I made a mistake with my order!

Not a problem! We are able to make any changes or cancellations to your order up to one (1) hour after you complete your purchase. Please e-mail sales@RYANADDA.com if you need to make any modifications. Unfortunately, after (1) hour no modifications can be made and we will have to refund your order.

Whoops!  I need to update the shipping address on my order!

We are able to update your shipping address up to one (1) hour after you complete your purchase. 

Thanks for accepting my return! But why haven’t I received my refund?

Once your return has been processed, it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time. Take note that we would refund less transactional fees.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST will begin processing immediately, and orders placed after 12pm AEST will begin processing on the next business day.

**PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 12pm AEST on Friday will be processed starting Monday.

New Zealand Orders:

Post. : 2-7 Business Days, $18

Courier: 2 Business Day, $25

INTERNATIONAL Orders:

DHL Express Worldwide: 5-7 Business Days
