Online Return & Shipping Policy

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

THIS POLICY IS FOR ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. IF YOU MADE YOUR PURCHASE IN RETAIL SHOP PLEASE REFERENCE OUR RETURN POLICY CLICK HERE.

**PLEASE NOTE: This policy is effective as of 1st October, 2019.

 

AUSTRALIAN Online Orders:

We accept returns of non-prescription items ordered from RYANADDA.com within 10 days of delivery. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and free of damage. All original packaging must be intact (microfiber cloth and case). Slight imperfection and damaged RYAN ADDA frames are final sale. And don’t worry, return shipping is on us! **PLEASE NOTE: We can only accept returns on products that were purchased through RYANADDA.com.

 

INTERNATIONAL Online Orders:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on orders shipped outside of the Australia except for Malaysia as our regional office is based there in Malaysia.

 

How do I return my order?

To process your RYAN ADDA, return please email us click here. Once you gotten a return approval, please make sure to print your return email return approval and include it in the return box. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, once your return has been received – you can track this in your account details.

For refunds, the return value is determined by the purchased online price of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

**PLEASE NOTE: All refunds will be credited to the original payment method or RYANADDA.com credit will be offered.

 

Can I return my online order at a RYANADDA shop?

Yes! We gladly accept returns from RYANADDA.com at any of our Melbourne locations click here, if it meets the requirements above. You can find the closest shop near you here! Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns from online orders at our international RYANADDA Shop locations (except from Malaysia click here) at this time.

 

Oh no! I made a mistake on my order!

Not a problem! We are able to make any changes or cancellations to your order up to one (1) hour after you complete your purchase. Please e-mail online@RYANADDA.com or WhatsApp or Message us at +61413243782 if you need to make any modifications. Unfortunately, after (1) hour no modifications can be made and we will have to refund your order.

 

Whoops!  I need to update my shipping address on my order!

We are able to update your shipping address up to one (1) hour after you complete your purchase. If your existing order is in-transit, we will happily re-route your package to a new address for an additional fee of $30 within Australia.

 

Thanks for accepting my return! But why haven’t I received my refund?

Once your return has been processed, it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST will begin processing immediately, orders placed after 12pm AEST will begin processing on the next business day.

**PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 12pm AEST on Friday will be processed starting Monday.

Post.    : 2-7 Business Days, $9

Courier: 2 Business Day, $18

 

INTERNATIONAL Orders:

DHL Express Worldwide: 1-4 Business Days

THIS POLICY IS FOR PURCHASES MADE IN ANY RETAIL AUTHORIZED RESELLER OF RYAN ADDA. IF YOU MADE YOUR PURCHASE ONLINE ON RYANADDA.COM PLEASE REFERENCE OUR RETURN POLICY CLICK HERE.

**PLEASE NOTE: This policy is effective as of 1st October 2019.

 

All RYAN ADDA Frames and Sunglasses purchased from ANY RETAIL AUTHORIZED RESELLER OF RYAN ADDA has a warranty against manufacturing defect of 1year from date of purchase. Please return to the retail shop purchased with the Receipt and they will liaise with us to organize an exchange or return base on manufacturing defect with another pair of RYAN ADDA for you.

 

How do I return my order?

Please bring the items you wish to return along with your receipt to ANY RETAIL AUTHORIZED RESELLER OF RYAN ADDA. For refunds, the return value is determined by the purchased retail price.

RYAN ADDA reserves the right to refuse replacement of any defected RYAN ADDA based on neglections or lack of care of the product or damaged product due to misappropriate use or keeping.
