THE PASTRY CHEF

The Pastry Chef, it has a nice ring to it. I love baking and I love baking cakes in particular. I love it, especially if people enjoy eating them. That’s my passion. Everything I do, I do it straight from my heart and I give my best to baking.

I mean, who doesn’t enjoy a delicious baked good? If it’s home-baked, it’s better as you know what’s in it, you can change what you want about it and its delicious. The joy that people have when they enjoy my baked goods, it just feels me with such happiness. It brings a smile to my face when I see them smiling. To be a chef is amazing but a pastry chef? That’s even better for me. I call it Mandyalicious 🙂
